The True T-15-HC fits 290 litres of net storage into a solid-door cabinet just 632 mm wide and 585 mm deep. That makes it the middle step between the super slimline T-11-HC and the full-size 686 mm T-19 and T-23 uprights, and it comes with 5 shelves where those bigger models have 4. It holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C in kitchens up to 40°C and uses 1.55 kWh a day, a good fit for cafes and small kitchens that need serious storage without the bulk.
