The True T-23-HC is the full-size, single-door workhorse of True's T-Series, with 442 litres net behind one solid door in a 686 mm wide, 750 mm deep cabinet. Despite holding more than the shallower T-19-HC, it uses slightly less energy on True's figures: 1.231 kWh per 24 hours against 1.265 kWh. It holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C in kitchens up to 40°C, making it a solid everyday storage fridge for restaurants, clubs and busy cafes.
