The True T-23G-PT-HC has a door on both sides, so the kitchen can stock it from the back while front-of-house staff take what they need from the front. The front door is glass with LED lighting behind it, letting servers see what's ready, while the rear door is solid. Inside are 438 litres of net storage at 0.5°C to 3.3°C on 4 shelves. At 818 mm deep it is 68 mm deeper than the single-sided T-23G-HC, so check the space or wall opening it will sit in.
