The True TWT-27-HC is the single-door starting point of True's worktop counter range, putting a stainless steel prep top with a 100 mm splashback over 143 litres of chilled storage in just 702 mm of width. It holds 0.5°C to 3.3°C, is rated for kitchens up to 40°C, and breathes from the front, so it can sit with zero clearance at the back and sides. Pick it over the TWT-27D-2-HC if you want shelves rather than drawers, or over the TUC-27-HC undercounter if you want a splashback behind your prep area.

Common questions:
Can I change which side the door opens?
Yes. The door is hinged on the right as standard, and True lists it as field reversible to the left.
Can it go hard against a wall or between cabinets?
Yes. True's data says it needs zero clearance at the back and sides because it draws in and vents air at the front. Just keep the front clear.
What's the difference between this and the TUC-27-HC?
Both are 702 mm wide with 143 litres net. The TWT-27-HC adds a 100 mm splashback and stands 1004 mm high, while the TUC-27-HC is 839 mm high with no splashback, for placing under a counter.
