- Room temperature: Bromic rates it for rooms up to 32°C. Keep it away from ovens, fryers, coffee machines and direct sun, and leave space around it so it can breathe.
- Door: the door is not self-closing, so make sure staff shut it after each serve to hold temperature.

Common questions:
Can it sit next to my coffee machine?
It is better kept clear of heat sources. Bromic rates it for room temperatures up to 32°C, so it suits an air-conditioned shop, cafe counter or bar rather than a hot spot beside cooking equipment.
Can I turn the lights off after hours?
Yes. It has on/off switching for the lighting and the cooling, so you can switch off the lights while keeping your drinks cold.
Do you install it?
There is nothing to install. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. We supply the equipment only.
