CookRite AT80G12G-F - 1200mm Hotplate
The CookRite AT80G12G-F is the biggest griddle in Simco's 800 series: 1200mm of 16mm-thick flat plate on a free-standing stainless steel stand. Four 25 MJ/h burners (100 MJ/h in total) each have their own control, so high-volume burger bars, breakfast cafes and clubs can run several heat zones across one plate. Every burner has a standby pilot and flame-failure protection, and the unit matches the height and depth of the other CookRite 800 series stand models.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: it must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Clearances: 152mm at the sides and rear from combustible walls, on a non-combustible floor.
- Access: packed it is 1295mm wide and 200 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so arrange enough help and check your doorways.

Yes. Each of the four burners is controlled separately, so you only heat the zones you need.
