CookRite AT80G12G-C - 1200mm Counter Top Hotplate
The CookRite AT80G12G-C is a full 1200mm countertop griddle for kitchens that live on the flat plate, such as burger bars, breakfast cafes and takeaways. Its 16mm-thick plate is heated by four 25 MJ/h burners (100 MJ/h in total), each with its own control, standby pilot and flame-failure protection. It's the bench version of the AT80G12G-F, 562mm high, and matches the CookRite ATSEC-1200 stand if you want it free-standing.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: a licensed gas fitter must install it to local regulations, under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench: it weighs 143 kg, so the bench must be strong, level and non-combustible. Leave 152mm at the sides and rear from combustible walls.
- Access: packed it is 1295mm wide and 182 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Plan the move inside and check your doorways.
