CookRite AT80G9G-C - 900mm Counter Top Hotplate
The CookRite AT80G9G-C puts a 900mm flat griddle on your bench: a 16mm-thick plate heated by three 25 MJ/h burners (75 MJ/h in total). That's plenty of cooking area for burger joints, cafes and food courts that run a griddle all day. It's the countertop twin of the AT80G9G-F, standing 562mm high, so it needs a non-combustible bench or the matching CookRite ATSEC-900 stand.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, with suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench: at 110 kg it needs a strong, level, non-combustible bench. Keep 152mm at the sides and rear from combustible walls.
- Access: the packed unit is 995mm wide and 139 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Is there a stand that fits?
Yes. The CookRite ATSEC-900 stand (908mm wide) is made to turn AT80 series countertop units into free-standing models.
What gas pressure does it need?
Simco's manual lists the regulator at 1.0 kPa for natural gas and 2.5 kPa for LPG. Your gas fitter will check it at installation.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
