For a line where every backup ingredient should be one pull away, the True TFP-64-24M-D-4-HC puts four refrigerated drawers under a 24-pan mega top, with no cupboards to dig through. Each drawer takes a 2/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep, so refills sit right below the pans they top up. It runs at 0.5°C to 5°C like the rest of the TFP range, and at 248 kg it is slightly heavier than the door versions of this 1629 mm size.
