Not every kitchen needs a long rail of toppings. The True TSSU-72-08-HC pairs a compact 8-pan top with the full 1839 mm, three-door cabinet, so you get 538 litres gross of chilled storage on six adjustable shelves under a long prep surface. The pans and cabinet are held at 0.5°C to 5°C by True's patented air-flow system, and the unit breathes from the front for built-in or side-by-side installation. It shares its cabinet and power draw with the 10, 12, 16 and 18-pan TSSU-72 models, so choose by how many ingredients you want on the rail.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the crate is nearly 2 metres long (1931 x 839 x 1270 mm) and weighs 198 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways and tight turns first.
- Lid choice: the standard model has an insulated hood and is 1093 mm high with the lid closed. The flat lid model has insulated flat removable lids and is 961 mm high.

Can I fit bigger pans in the top?
It comes with 8 x 1/6 GN pans, and True says the pan space can be customised with your own arrangement of other pan sizes. Ask us about the layout you have in mind.
Is the cabinet the same as the models with more pans?
Yes. The 8, 10, 12, 16 and 18-pan TSSU-72 standard models all measure 1839 x 766 x 1093 mm, with 3 solid doors, 6 shelves and 538 litres gross. The main difference is the number of pans on top.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It comes with a 3.35 m power cord; if you're not sure your power outlet suits it, have a licensed electrician check it first.
