At 18 pans, the True TSSU-72-18-HC carries the most ingredients of any standard two-row TSSU, laid out along an 1839 mm prep table with three solid doors below. Busy sandwich and salad counters get 538 litres gross of storage on six adjustable shelves, with the pans held at 0.5°C to 5°C by True's patented air-flow system. It keeps the shallower 766 mm depth of the standard range; if you want the same 18 pans in three rows, see the deeper Mega Top TSSU-72-18M-B-HC.

What's the difference between this and the TSSU-72-18M-B-HC?
Both have 18 x 1/6 GN pans over the same 3-door, 538-litre cabinet. This standard model sets the pans in two rows and is 766 mm deep and 1093 mm high. The Mega Top uses three rows and is 867 mm deep and 1185 mm high.
Is the hood insulated?
Yes. True lists its standard TSSU models with insulated hoods over the pan rail. If you choose the flat lid model, it comes with insulated flat removable lids instead.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It has a 3.35 m power cord, so make sure there is an outlet within reach, and ask a licensed electrician to check your supply if you're unsure.
