True's patented air-flow system is designed to keep the pans at an even 0.5°C to 5°C, and the whole unit breathes from the front for built-in or side-by-side use. Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the 207 kg crate is 1931 x 940 x 1270 mm. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways and turns before delivery day.
- Lid choice: both versions share the same pans, cabinet, weight and power. The flat lid model is 224 mm lower, which helps where there is limited height above the bench.
- Locks: not standard. Locks are available as an option; ask us when you order.
