Thirty pans is the largest pan count in the TSSU range, and this 1839 mm Mega Top lays them out above a three-door cabinet for kitchens that run a long list of toppings and fillings. Below are 538 litres gross on six adjustable shelves, with the pans held at 0.5°C to 5°C by True's patented air-flow system. You can order it with the standard insulated hood, insulated flat removable lids or a flat glass lid, and each choice changes the height and cutting board depth. Good to know before you buy:
- Lid options: the standard model has an insulated hood and is the tallest at 1185 mm. The flat lid model has stainless steel flat removable lids and is 961 mm high. The glass lid model is 967 mm high and 884 mm deep, with a shallower 160 mm cutting board.
- Access: whichever lid you choose, it ships in a 1931 x 940 x 1270 mm crate weighing 209 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so measure your doorways.
- Airflow: it needs zero clearance at the back and sides, but keep the front grille clear because that is where it breathes.

Which lid suits my kitchen?
The insulated hood is the standard version. If height is limited, the flat lid model is the lowest at 961 mm. The glass lid model, at 967 mm, lets you see the pans with the lid closed. All three share the same pans, doors, shelves and power.
Can I change the pan layout?
It comes with 30 x 1/6 GN pans, and True says the pan space can be customised with your own arrangement of other pan sizes. Ask us about the mix you need.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It has a 3.35 m power cord, and a licensed electrician can confirm your power supply suits it if you're unsure.
