The Turbo Air KSR9-1-N is the smallest of the KSR salad prep fridges: a 900 mm, one-door unit with 213 litres of storage below and room on top for GN pans up to 150 mm deep. Pans are not included, so you can set up the top with the pan sizes your menu needs. It has no hood lid, which suits a counter where ingredients are reached for all day; if you want a lid with pans and a chopping board supplied, the KHR9-1-N is the same size.

- Access: 900 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 70 kg. Turbo Air's product page gives the height as 860 mm including castors. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, not carried inside, so check your doorways.

- Airflow: keep the front grille clear, as that is where the unit breathes.

Which pans can I use on top?
GN pans up to 150 mm deep. None are supplied, so you can choose the sizes and depths that suit your ingredients.
Does it have a lid?
No. The KSR9-1-N has no hood lid. If you want one, the KHR9-1-N is the same size with a hood lid, chill air blown over the pans, and pans and a chopping board included.
Will it suit a small kitchen?
Turbo Air designed it to run efficiently in narrow spaces. It is front breathing, so the condenser draws and exhausts air at the front and the unit can sit closer to walls. Keep the front grille clear.
