Three doors set the Turbo Air KSR18-3-N apart from the two-door KSR models: 516 litres in an 1800 mm body, reached through three doors and laid out on three adjustable shelves, which makes backup ingredients easier to organise by type. The top takes GN pans up to 150 mm deep, bought separately, for a long sandwich or salad line. It is the R290 hydrocarbon version, with a patented self-cleaning condenser and front breathing. - Access: 1800 mm long, 700 mm deep and 107 kg, so plan for help on delivery day. Turbo Air's product page lists 860 mm high including castors. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery does not include carrying it inside or unpacking.

Common questions:
How many shelves come with it?
Three adjustable PE-coated wire shelves are included, one more than the two-door KSR models. Turbo Air rates them as heavy duty, at 50 kg.
Does it need a drain?
Turbo Air says its hot gas condensate system removes the need for an extra drain, which also helps avoid wet floors.
Are GN pans supplied?
No. The top takes GN pans up to 150 mm deep, so you can mix sizes to suit your ingredients. Ask us if you need pans.
