The Atosa MSF8302G is the glass-canopy version of the MSF8302 two-door sandwich prep fridge, made for cafes and sandwich bars that prepare food in view of customers. A glass canopy sits over the chilled ingredient rail, with perspex covers that slide over the pan area and an open rear for staff access. Underneath is the same 1225mm two-door base with 380 litres of storage and stainless steel 1/6 GN pans included.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: with the canopy it stands 1420mm high and is 762mm deep, so check doorways and ceilings on the way in. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Canopy: the perspex slides over the pan area only, the rear of the canopy is open, and there is no light inside the canopy.
• Airflow: Atosa says to allow 100mm clearance for air ventilation.
• Before switching on: if it has been laid on its side, wait two hours before turning it on.
