The Atosa MSF8304G is the largest glass-canopy sandwich prep fridge in the range, built on the 1846mm three-door MSF8304. A glass canopy runs over the chilled rail and its 18 x 1/6 stainless steel GN pans, with perspex that slides over the pan area and an open rear for staff. It suits busy sandwich bars, canteens and delis that serve from a long front counter, with 600 litres of storage below.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 1846mm long, 1420mm high and 170 kg, this is a big unit to move. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so arrange help and check every doorway.
- Canopy: the perspex slides over the pan area only, the rear is open, and there is no light inside the canopy.
- Airflow: Atosa says to allow 100mm clearance for air ventilation.
- Before switching on: if it has been laid on its side, wait two hours before turning it on.
