Running a long noodle or bowl line? The Atosa MSF8308 is the largest mega top noodle bar in the range: 1846mm long, three doors and 600 litres of storage under a deep refrigerated ingredient well. The well takes full-size 1/1 GN pans and comes with 1/6 size pans (100mm deep), plus a 10 inch cutting board, so high-volume noodle, bowl and salad counters can run a long line of ingredients. It holds -2°C to +8°C in kitchens up to 43°C, and the standard MSF8304 sandwich prep fridge comes in the same width.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the packed unit is 1900mm long, 931mm deep and 172 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check doorways, corridors and corners.
• Airflow: the compressor is rear-mounted, so leave room behind and around the unit for air to circulate.
• Power: it comes with a plug fitted and runs on 220–240V power, using 370W.
• Before switching on: if it has been laid on its side, wait two hours before turning it on.
