The Atosa MSF8307 gives noodle bars, salad and bowl shops a 1530mm mega top: a deep refrigerated ingredient well that takes full-size 1/1 GN pans, over 490 litres of two-door storage. It comes with 1/6 size GN pans (100mm deep) and a 10 inch cutting board, and holds -2°C to +8°C in kitchens up to 43°C. It is the longer of the two-door mega top models, with 110 litres more storage than the 1225mm MSF8306.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: it arrives packed at 1584mm wide, 931mm deep and 154 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so measure doorways and arrange help.
- Airflow: the compressor is rear-mounted, so keep space behind the unit clear for air to move.
- Power: it comes with a plug fitted and runs on 220–240V power, using 370W.
- Before switching on: if it has been laid on its side, the Atosa manual says to wait two hours before turning it on.

It comes with 1/6 size GN pans, 100mm deep. The well also takes full-size 1/1 GN pans if you prefer bigger containers.
Does it need to be defrosted by hand?
