At 1800 mm, the Turbo Air KHR18-3-N is the longest of the KHR hooded salad prep fridges, with 18 x 1/6 GN pans under the lid and 516 litres of storage behind three solid doors. Three separate compartments make it easier to keep salad, proteins and sauces apart below the bench, and a 1797 mm chopping board is included. It suits a high-turnover sandwich shop, a salad bar or a canteen line. If you do not need the lid, the KSR18-3-N is the same size without it.
