True TSSU-72-16-HC - 16 x 1/6 Pan Salad Prep Fridge, 3 Door 1839mm
Sixteen pans on top and three doors underneath make the True TSSU-72-16-HC a strong fit for a sandwich or salad bar that needs both a wide ingredient spread and a lot of cold storage. The 1839 mm cabinet holds 538 litres gross on six adjustable shelves, and the two-row pan rail sits under an insulated hood at 0.5°C to 5°C. It carries the same 16 pans as the shorter two-door TSSU-60-16-HC, but adds a third door and about 100 litres more storage, and it is available as a standard or flat lid model.

- Access: the crate is 1931 x 839 x 1270 mm and weighs 200 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so measure doorways and corners first.
