Twenty-eight tray positions make the Turbo Air KR45-2P-N a strong match for bakeries, patisseries and catering kitchens that hold finished goods and prepped trays in the fridge. Each of its two solid door sections has bun pan racks for 14 trays, inside a 1260 mm wide stainless steel cabinet holding 1°C to 8°C with 1215 litres in total. It's the tray version of the shelved KR45-2-N, and the KF45-2P-N is the matching bun pan freezer.
