Williams Bottle Cooler BC2SS - 2 Door Stainless Steel Bottle Cooler 900mm 238L
Two glass doors in 900mm make the Williams Bottle Cooler BC2SS a tidy back bar fridge for a cafe, small bar or club lounge that needs more display than a single door gives but has no room for a full-size back bar. It holds +4°C to +10°C behind self-closing, argon-filled double-glazed doors, with a stainless exterior, mirror stainless interior, two adjustable shelves per door and a switched interior light. Rated for rooms up to 32°C, it plugs into a 10 amp outlet and comes 895mm high as standard or 800mm high for lower counters. The BC1SS is the single door version and the BC3SS has three doors.
Key features:
- Two self-closing double-glazed, argon gas filled glass doors with cylindrical locks
- Stainless steel exterior with a mirror stainless interior
- Holds +4°C to +10°C, designed for a 32°C ambient

- Two adjustable shelves per door
- Interior light with an on/off switch
- Forced-air, front-breathing refrigeration in a low-noise design
- Levelling feet at the front with roller castors at the rear

Good to know before you buy:
- Height: pick 895mm (standard) or 800mm at checkout. The 800mm BC2SS-80 suits a lower counter and holds 204 litres against 238 for the standard height.
- Room temperature: rated for a 32°C ambient, so keep it in an air-conditioned bar or front of house. If it will live somewhere hotter, look at the Williams Boronia range, rated to 40°C.
- Access: 900mm wide, 530mm deep and 90 kg. Delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; two people can move it from there.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
- Airflow: front breathing, so it can go under a counter. Keep the front grille clear.
Compare similar models:
- Williams BC1SS: one door, 600mm wide, 152 litres
- Williams BC3SS: three doors, 1350mm wide, 368 litres
- Williams Boronia HB2UGSHC: Australian-made two-door stainless back bar fridge, 1603mm wide, 360 litres, rated for 40°C rooms
Common questions:
Why is it rated for 32°C when the Boronia is rated for 40°C?
They are different designs. The Bottle Cooler is a compact, low-noise fridge built for front-of-house positions, and Williams rates it for a 32°C ambient. The Boronia is a heavier-duty Australian-made back bar cabinet with a 40°C rating and a 1°C to 4°C temperature range.
Does it need a drain?
Williams does not list a drain connection for the Bottle Cooler; it is a self-contained, plug-in unit. Keep it level on its front feet so the door closes properly.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The BC2SS plugs into a 10 amp outlet, so no tradesperson is needed.
