Williams Pearl HP1GSHC - 1 Door Stainless Steel Upright Display Fridge 740mm 520L
For a kitchen or servery where everything else is stainless, the Williams Pearl HP1GSHC is the single glass door display fridge to match. Williams builds it in Australia with a stainless steel interior and exterior, a triple-glazed glass door with LED lighting, and a CoolSmart controller holding +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C. It gives you 520 litres on four shelves and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The HP1SSHC is the solid door version of the same cabinet, while the HP1GWHC and HP1GBHC offer the same fridge in white or black Colorbond.

Common questions:
Can I add more shelves?
Yes. It comes with 4 plastic-coated shelves and extra shelves with clips are available, as is an upgrade to punched stainless steel shelves. Ask us for a price.
Glass door or solid door, which should I pick?
Choose the glass door when customers or staff need to see what is inside. If it will live in a back-of-house kitchen, the solid door HP1SSHC uses less energy (1.51 kWh per day against 2.29).
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can supply the Pearl range for remote application, without a condensing unit, with the cabinet rated at 620 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
