At just over three metres long, the True TPP-AT-119-HC is the biggest table in True's pizza prep range, with fifteen 1/3 GN top pans and a 3029 mm white polyethylene prep board for a high-volume make line. Four solid doors open onto 1124 litres of gross storage on eight shelves, with room for 2/1 GN pans, and True's patented air-flow system is designed to keep every pan at 0.5°C to 5°C. Yes, True makes one for the 119 size. It must be specified with the cabinet order, as it can't be retrofitted. Ask us.

We supply the equipment only. It comes with a 3.35 m power cord; if an outlet needs adding, a licensed electrician must do that work.
