Suited to a busy pizza kitchen with more than one person on the make line, the True TPP-AT2-93-HC stretches to 2369 mm with twelve 1/3 GN top pans and a full-length white polyethylene prep board. Three solid doors open onto 875 litres of gross storage with six shelves, and its refrigeration (759 W, 3.3 A running current) is designed to hold every pan at 0.5°C to 5°C. It sits between the 1709 mm TPP-AT-67-HC and the 3029 mm TPP-AT-119-HC in True's range.

How are the six shelves sized?
Shelves in the left and right door sections are 600 x 712 mm and those in the centre section are 648 x 712 mm, with 550 mm of internal net height.
Can I get a toppings catcher?
Yes, True offers one for the 93 size, but it has to be specified with the cabinet order. It can't be fitted afterwards.
Can I lower the working height?
It comes on 127 mm castors (146 mm height). True lists other castor sizes and legs for this size as options, so ask us before you order.
