Turbo Air CTPR-67SD-N - 2 Door Pizza Prep Fridge 1702mm 566L

With two solid doors, 566 litres of storage and a 1702 mm pan rail laid out for 9 x 1/3 GN pans, the Turbo Air CTPR-67SD-N is sized for a pizza shop where pizza is the main event, not a side line. Chill air is blown over the toppings, a hood lid covers the rail when you step away, and a 1701.5 mm cutting board is listed as part of the package. Behind the doors, adjustable wire shelves keep backup dough, cheese and sauces close to the make line. The CTPR-67-D4-N shares this size with a different base layout, while the CTPR-44SD-N and CTPR-93SD-N cover smaller and larger kitchens.

Key features:

  • 1702 mm refrigerated pan rail for 9 x 1/3 GN pans up to 150 mm deep, cooled by chill air blown over the pans
  • Hood lid over the rail and a full-length cutting board, 490 mm deep
  • 566 litres behind 2 solid doors, held at 1°C to 8°C
  • 4 adjustable heavy-duty (50 kg) PE-coated wire shelves
  • Patented self-cleaning condenser to stop dust building up and making the compressor work harder
  • R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant
  • Fan cooling with digital temperature control; Turbo Air says it was the first to put digital control on commercial refrigerators, in 1997
  • Stainless steel inside and out, with recessed door handles and magnetic door gaskets

Good to know before you buy:

  • What's included: Turbo Air lists 9 x 1/3 GN pans (150 mm deep) and the cutting board as included. Ask us to confirm when you order.
  • Access: at 1702 mm long and 820 mm deep, plan the route from the street to the kitchen before delivery day. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises; standard delivery does not include carrying it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
  • Power: single-phase 220 V. Ask us to confirm the plug and current draw for this R290 version so you can have the right power point ready.
  • Airflow: the compressor sits at the right-hand end. Keep its vents clear and leave room around the unit, particularly near an oven.

Common questions:

Does this model have doors or drawers underneath?
Two solid doors, with adjustable wire shelves inside. The CTPR-67-D4-N is the same size and capacity with a different base layout. Ask us if you are weighing up the two.

How many toppings pans fit on the rail?
Nine 1/3 GN pans, up to 150 mm deep. Turbo Air lists the pans as included with the table.

What does the self-cleaning condenser actually do?
A rotating brush moves up and down over the condenser 2 to 3 times a day. That stops dust building up, so the condenser keeps releasing heat properly and the compressor is under less strain.
