The True TPP-AT2-93D-2-HC gives a long pizza line both kinds of storage: two refrigerated drawers alongside two solid doors with four shelves. The drawers are on the left as standard, and can be placed in the centre or on the right as an option, so the layout can match where your dough and toppings are worked. Up top sit twelve 1/3 GN pans, held at 0.5°C to 5°C, and a 2369 mm white polyethylene prep board.
