The Williams Cameo HC3USSHC is a three door, 640 litre undercounter fridge in stainless steel with solid doors, for bars, clubs and function kitchens that need a lot of chilled stock within reach but not on display. It holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, and the stainless steel interior and exterior (excluding rear and underside) match stainless benches. Williams makes it in Australia. The self-contained HC3USSHC is 2017mm wide on R290 refrigerant from a 10 amp outlet; the remote HC3RSS is 1812mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit. The HC3UGSHC is the glass door version and the HC3USBHC the same solid door fridge in black.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2017mm long and 200 kg as a self-contained unit, or 1812mm and 190 kg as a remote. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include moving it inside.
- Power: one standard 10 amp outlet for either version.
- Remote version: the HC3RSS needs a condensing unit (750 W at -5°C SST), pipework and controls supplied, sized and installed by a licensed refrigeration mechanic. Solenoids are not fitted or supplied. Williams can advise on condensing unit sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Airflow: the self-contained unit breathes through its front grille only, so it can be enclosed at the sides and back. Keep the grille clear.
- Options: interior light for the solid doors, locks, stainless steel shelves, a stainless rear and underside, or legs instead of castors. Ask us.

Common questions:
Does the remote version come with doors that lock?
Yes. The remote Cameo cabinets are fitted with self-closing doors with cylindrical locks. On the self-contained HC3USSHC, locks and locking tabs are options.
What is the 750 W figure for?
It is the refrigeration duty Williams specifies for the remote HC3RSS at -5°C saturated suction temperature. Your refrigeration mechanic uses it to size the condensing unit. Williams can help with sizing advice.
Do you install it?
The self-contained HC3USSHC plugs into a 10 amp power point. The remote HC3RSS must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic. We supply the equipment only.
