Williams' Emerald LE1USS is a one-door undercounter freezer with the extra depth that sets the Emerald range apart: at 800mm deep it takes 2/1 Gastronorm pans and holds 310 litres at –18°C to –22°C, which is more than half as much again as the 700mm deep Opal one-door freezer. It is made in Australia, rated for 40°C kitchens, and its front-breathing refrigeration cassette means no drain and no side clearance. The self-contained LE1USS plugs into a 10 amp outlet; the LE1RSS is the remote version, 942mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit for your own refrigeration plant.

Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the LE1USS arrives complete and plugs in. The LE1RSS is supplied without a condensing unit, so your refrigeration mechanic supplies, sizes and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet. The self-contained freezer draws 4.2 A while running, so give it its own power point.
- Access: the self-contained freezer is 1153mm wide, 800mm deep and 120 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check your doorway and the depth of the bench run.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear. No side or rear gap is needed on the self-contained model.
- Options: a two-drawer set in place of the door, cylindrical locks, extra shelves, a stainless rear and underside, or 150mm legs. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:
Will 2/1 GN pans really fit?
Yes. The Emerald range is built around the 2/1 Gastronorm footprint, and Williams offers an optional 2/1 GN racking system with anti-tilt slides so you can load full-size pans straight onto runners.
Can I have drawers instead of the door?
Yes. A two-drawer set with 150mm deep drawers is available in place of the door on this freezer. Pans are not included. Ask us for a price.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained LE1USS plugs into a power point. The LE1RSS remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained LE1USS (12 months parts only on the LE1RSS once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
