Williams Thermowell TW15 - 7 Pan Countertop Refrigerated Well 1510mm

Seven 1/3 GN pans in a row make the Williams Thermowell TW15 a practical chilled topping station for a sandwich bar, salad counter or pizza bench. The stainless steel well holds +4°C to +8°C, the hinged lid stays open while you build orders, and a digital thermometer with adjustable thermostat lets you check and set the temperature without guesswork. It is the mid-size Thermowell: 1510mm wide and 40 kg, sitting between the 4-pan TW9 and the 9-pan TW18, and it runs from a standard 10 amp outlet.

Key features:

  • Takes 7 x 1/3 GN pans up to 100mm deep (pans not included); also designed to suit 1/6 GN pans
  • Refrigerated well holding +4°C to +8°C
  • Hinged lid that stays open during food preparation
  • Digital thermometer and adjustable thermostat
  • Stainless steel interior and exterior
  • Rubber feet for non-slip placement; can be free-standing on a bench or wall mounted
  • Removable unit cover for easy access to the refrigeration system
  • Rated to run in rooms up to 32°C
  • Plugs into a standard 10 amp power point

Good to know before you buy:

  • Access: it is 1510mm long, so check you have the bench length plus room to open the lid. At 40 kg it is a two-person lift. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include carrying it inside.
  • Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable, 1.3 A while running.
  • Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 32°C. Position it away from ovens, grills and direct sun so the well can hold temperature on hot days.
  • Airflow: the refrigeration system sits inside the unit under a removable cover, so leave a little space around it rather than boxing it in tightly.

Common questions:

Is this a drop-in well or does it sit on top of the bench?
It sits on top of the bench on its rubber feet, or it can be wall mounted. It is a self-contained unit with its own refrigeration system inside, so it does not need to be built into a counter.

What size pans does it take?
Seven 1/3 GN pans up to 100mm deep across the 1510mm width. Williams also designs the well to suit 1/6 GN pans. Pans are not included.

Do you install it?
No installation is needed. Place it on the bench, plug it into a 10 amp outlet and let it pull down to temperature before loading. We supply the equipment only.
