Turbo Air KUR18-2D-6-N - 6 Drawer Underbench Fridge 1800mm 425L
The Turbo Air KUR18-2D-6-N is the all-drawer, deep-pan choice at 1800 mm: six drawers and no doors, each drawer taking a 1/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep. For a long cook line that runs on full pans of sauces, proteins or prepped vegetables, it means every ingredient is a pull away rather than behind a door. It holds 1°C to 8°C across 425 litres on a standard 10 amp plug. If you'd rather have more, shallower pans, the KUR18-3D-9-N fits nine drawers in the same size.
Key features:
- 6 deep drawers, each for 1 x 1/1 GN pan 150 mm deep, with no doors
- 1°C to 8°C with fan cooling for even temperatures
- Digital temperature control and monitoring; Turbo Air says it was the first company to apply digital control to commercial refrigerators, in 1997
- Turbo Cooling runs the compressor non-stop for up to two hours to pull temperatures down after restocking
- Patented self-cleaning condenser: a rotating brush moves over the condenser 2 to 3 times a day
- Front breathing, for narrow spaces or under-bench positions
- Hot gas condensate system, so no extra drain is needed
- Stainless steel exterior and interior, R290 natural refrigerant
- Castors standard, legs optional
