The Turbo Air KUR18-2D-2-N is mostly cupboard with a pair of deep drawers: two doors, each with an adjustable shelf, plus two drawers that each take a 1/1 GN pan up to 150 mm deep. That suits a long 1800 mm prep bench where most stock lives in tubs, bottles or boxes but a couple of high-use ingredients belong in pull-out pans. It holds 1°C to 8°C across 425 litres and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. The KUR18-3D-3-N keeps the two doors but swaps in three shallower drawers, and the KUR18-2D-4-N trades a door for two more deep drawers.
