Three solid doors across 1800 mm give the Turbo Air KUR18-3-N 538 litres of storage at 1°C to 8°C, enough to run the length of a busy cook line or a long cafe counter. That is 113 litres more than the 1800 mm drawer versions, which are listed at 425 litres, so it suits kitchens that store bulk containers and tubs rather than portioned GN pans. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet, uses 1.91 kWh per 24 hours and runs on R290 natural refrigerant.

What is the Turbo Cooling function for?
Found on the control panel, it runs the compressor continuously for up to two hours to bring the cabinet temperature down quickly, for example after you have loaded in a big delivery.
Can it stand on legs instead of castors?
Yes. Castors are standard and legs are optional. Ask us about legs when you order.
Will I need a drain or plumber?
No. Turbo Air uses a hot gas condensate system to deal with condensate water, and says this removes the need for an extra drain.
