The FED-X XUB7C18S3V is a 1795mm three-door bench fridge with 417 litres gross capacity, built in stainless steel for busy restaurants, cafes and catering kitchens. Fan-forced cooling keeps it between -2°C and +8°C, and it is rated for room temperatures up to 43°C. It sits in the middle of the 700mm-deep XUB7 range, between the two-door XUB7C13S2V and the four-door XUB7C22S4V, and also comes as a glass door or six-drawer model.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the packed unit is 1825mm long, so measure doorways, corridors and corners. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; bringing it inside and unpacking aren't part of standard delivery.
• Power: runs from a standard 10 A power point on 240V.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and don't box it in tightly, especially next to cooking equipment.
• Options: a splashback top, extra shelf sets and drawer kits (in place of doors) are available from FED. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Will GN pans fit on the shelves?
Yes. Each door has one shelf that takes GN 1/1 pans. Extra shelf sets with runners are available if you want more levels.

Can I swap a door for drawers later?
FED offers drawer kits (two 1/2 drawers or three 1/3 drawers) that fit in place of a door on the solid door XUB7 models. Ask us about fitting options and pricing.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs straight into a standard 10 A outlet; any new power point should be installed by a licensed electrician.
