The FED-X XUB7C18S3D is a 1795mm wide, 700mm deep stainless steel 6-drawer bench fridge with 417 litres gross capacity. Fan-forced cooling with EBM-Papst fans holds -2°C to +8°C, and it is tropicalised for kitchens up to 43°C. Each door position holds two heavy-duty GN 1/2 drawers, so ingredients come out to the cook rather than staff reaching into the back of the cabinet. It rolls on heavy-duty castors with front brakes, can sit against a wall, and runs from a standard 10A plug.
