For long prep lines and high-volume kitchens, the FED-X XUB7C22S4D packs eight heavy-duty GN 1/2 drawers under a 2230mm stainless steel bench. It offers 553 litres gross capacity, fan-forced cooling and a rating for kitchens up to 43°C, so it copes with the heat of a busy cookline. It is the largest drawer fridge in the XUB7 range and the drawer version of the four-door XUB7C22S4V.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: packed, it is 2260mm long, and the unit itself weighs 150 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include moving it inside or unpacking, so plan the route and the manpower.
- Power: a standard 240V, 10 A power point is enough.
- Airflow: leave the vents clear and allow a little space around it so heat can get away.
