The Turbo Air KUR18-3D-3-N combines two doors with a stack of three shallow drawers along an 1800 mm bench. The doors each open onto an adjustable shelf for bulk stock, and each drawer takes a 1/1 GN pan 100 mm deep, ideal for garnishes, sliced cheese, cured meats or herbs that suit shallow, separate pans. It holds 1°C to 8°C over 425 litres and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Its sibling, the KUR18-2D-2-N, keeps the two doors but has two deeper drawers for 150 mm pans instead.

Common questions:
What can I fit behind the doors?
Each door has one adjustable heavy-duty PE-coated wire shelf (two in total), so there's room for bottles, tubs and boxed stock that won't go in a GN pan.
Why 100 mm deep drawers?
Shallow pans keep smaller quantities in a single layer, so they're easy to see and rotate. If your pans are 150 mm deep, choose the KUR18-2D-2-N.
Do you install it?
There's nothing to install. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and Turbo Air says its condensate system removes the need for an extra drain. We supply the equipment only.
