The Williams Opal HO2USSBA puts a refrigerated blown-air well on top of the two-door Opal fridge, so sandwich, salad and pizza ingredients sit in 4 x 1/3 GN pans at serving height while 350 litres of 1/1 GN storage waits underneath. Chilled air flows above and below the pans to keep them at a consistent temperature, and the 100mm deep pans and polycarbonate lids are included. Like the rest of the Australian-made Opal range it holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C and breathes through the front. It is available as the self-contained HO2USSBA (plug-in, R134a) or as the HO2RSSBA remote cabinet, which is 1237mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit.

Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the self-contained HO2USSBA plugs into a power point and is ready to go. The HO2RSSBA remote is the same cabinet without a condensing unit: your refrigeration mechanic sizes, supplies and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet. The self-contained blown-air well model draws 3.9 A while running, more than the plain storage fridge, so give it its own power point.
- Pan depth: the well takes GN pans up to 100mm deep, so deeper pans will not fit.
- Access: 1418mm wide, 700mm deep and 130 kg for the self-contained unit, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check the route in before ordering.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear on the self-contained model. The well is open on top, so keep it out of direct sun and away from heat lamps or hot cooking equipment.

Are the pans included?
Yes. The well comes with 4 x 1/3 GN pans, 100mm deep, and polycarbonate lids. Special well sizes can be made to order. Ask us if you need a different pan layout.
Can I have drawers under the well?
Yes, in a two-drawer configuration only: a 100mm deep top drawer and a 150mm deep bottom drawer in place of a door. Pans for the drawers are not included.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained model plugs in. The remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained HO2USSBA (12 months parts only on the HO2RSSBA once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
