A 1910mm prep counter with seven 1/3 GN pans of chilled toppings on top and 510 litres of storage below: that is the Williams Opal HO3USSBA. The blown-air well pushes cold air above and below the pans so the top layer stays as cold as the bottom, and Williams includes the 100mm deep pans and polycarbonate lids. Underneath, three solid doors open onto 1/1 GN-compatible storage held at +1°C to +4°C, with a 40°C ambient rating for hot kitchens. The self-contained HO3USSBA breathes through the front and plugs into a 10 amp outlet; the HO3RSSBA remote is 1728mm wide and comes without a condensing unit for connection to your own plant. Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the self-contained HO3USSBA plugs in and is ready to work. The HO3RSSBA remote is the same cabinet without a condensing unit: your refrigeration mechanic sizes, supplies and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet. The self-contained model draws 4.6 A while running, so give it a dedicated power point.
- Pan depth: the well takes GN pans up to 100mm deep; deeper pans will not fit.
- Access: 1910mm long, 700mm deep and 160 kg for the self-contained unit, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Measure the route in, including any corners.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear on the self-contained model, and keep the open well away from direct sun, heat lamps and hot cooking equipment.

Common questions:
How cold do the pans stay?
The well is refrigerated by blown air directed above and below the pans, and the cabinet is controlled to +1°C to +4°C. Using the supplied lids when the counter is not in use helps the pans hold temperature through a busy service.
Can I get a different pan layout?
Williams offers special well sizes on blown-air well models, made to order. Ask us with the pan sizes you want to use.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained model plugs into a power point. The remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained HO3USSBA (12 months parts only on the HO3RSSBA once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
