For a prep line that needs more cold storage than a two-door can offer, the Williams Opal HO3USSHC gives you three solid doors and 510 litres of 1/1 GN-compatible storage across a 1910mm stainless steel bench. It holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and is tested at just 1.9 kWh per 24 hours. The front-breathing refrigeration cassette means no drain and no side clearance, so it can be built in. Order the self-contained HO3USSHC (10 amp plug) or the HO3RSS remote cabinet, which is 1728mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit for connection to your own refrigeration plant. Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the self-contained HO3USSHC is complete and plugs in. The HO3RSS remote is the same cabinet without a condensing unit: your refrigeration mechanic sizes, supplies and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet for either version.
- Access: at 1910mm long, 700mm deep and 160 kg, the self-contained unit needs a clear path. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways, corridors and corners first.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear. The self-contained model needs no side or rear clearance.
- Options: drawer sets in place of any door, pass-through doors, cylindrical locks, extra shelves, a stainless rear and underside, or 150mm legs instead of castors. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:
Can I mix doors and drawers?
Yes. Each door position can be swapped for a two-drawer set (150mm deep) or a three-drawer set (100mm deep), so you could run one door and two banks of drawers, for example. Pans are not included. Ask us for a price.
Is a pass-through version available?
Yes, on the fridge. Pass-through doors on both sides add 70mm to the cabinet depth and must be specified when you order.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained model plugs into a power point. The remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained HO3USSHC (12 months parts only on the HO3RSS once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
