When one fridge has to hold a whole kitchen's chilled stock, the Williams Pearl HP3SWHC is the answer: 1510 litres behind three solid insulated doors, with four shelves per door. It is made in Australia for hotels, clubs, catering kitchens and large restaurants, holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Solid doors hold the cold through a busy service and need no lighting. The HP3GWHC is the glass door display version, the HP3SSHC is the same fridge in stainless steel, and the LP3SWHC is the three solid door freezer.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 2040mm high on its castors, 1825mm wide, 720mm deep and 290 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises, so measure doorways and corridors, check for tight corners and have enough people to move it. Lower castors (2005mm overall) are an option.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 3.2 A while running. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: leave clear space above and around the top-mounted condenser so it can shed heat.
- Lighting: an internal light is standard on glass door Pearl models only. It can be added to this solid door model as an option.

Common questions:
Does it have an internal light?
Not as standard. Pearl cabinets have a light on glass door models only. A light for the solid doors is an option, so ask us if you want one fitted.
Can I get a pass-through version?
Yes. Pearl refrigerators can be built as pass-through cabinets with doors front and back, in solid or glass. A pass-through model is 50mm deeper than the standard cabinet. Ask us for details.
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can supply the Pearl range for remote application, without a condensing unit, with this three solid door cabinet rated at 700 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
