Williams Pearl HP3SSHC - 3 Door Stainless Steel Upright Storage Fridge 1825mm 1510L
The Williams Pearl HP3SSHC is the big stainless steel storage fridge for a high-volume kitchen: 1510 litres behind three solid insulated doors, four shelves per door, and a wipe-down stainless interior and exterior. Williams builds it in Australia with a CoolSmart controller holding +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, R290 refrigerant and a standard 10 amp plug, so it needs no special wiring despite its size. The HP3GSHC is the glass door display version, the HP3SWHC is the same fridge in white Colorbond, and the LP3SSHC is the stainless three-door freezer.
Key features:
- Stainless steel interior and exterior (excluding rear and underside) with a stainless steel floor
- Three solid insulated doors for low running costs and steady temperatures
- 1510 litres on 4 adjustable plastic-coated shelves per door (12 in total)
- Holds +1°C to +4°C and is rated for room temperatures up to 40°C
- CoolSmart electronic controller for even temperatures and energy efficiency
- Auto defrost
- Top-mounted refrigeration system for simple maintenance
- Waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain connection is needed
- R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant
- Threaded castors fitted, with a simple changeover to legs
- Made in Australia by Williams Refrigeration

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2040mm high on castors, 1825mm wide, 720mm deep and 290 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises, so measure doorways and corridors, check for tight corners and have enough people to move it. Lower castors (2005mm overall) and 150mm legs are options.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 3.2 A while running. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: leave clear space above and around the top-mounted condenser so it can shed heat in a hot kitchen.
- Lighting: an internal light is standard on glass door Pearl models only. It can be added to this solid door model as an option.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HP3GSHC: glass door display version of this stainless cabinet
- Williams HP3SWHC: the same three solid door fridge in white Colorbond
- Williams LP3SSHC: stainless three solid door freezer, -18°C to -22°C
- Williams HP2SSHC: stainless two solid door fridge, 950 litres, 1225mm wide
Common questions:
Are the back and underside stainless too?
Not as standard. The interior, exterior and floor are stainless steel; the rear and underside are not. A stainless rear and underside can be specified when you order if the cabinet will be visible from behind.
Can I use it at home?
Williams builds the Pearl range for commercial use and does not warrant its cabinets in domestic applications, so it is not the right choice for a home.
Do you install it?
No installation is needed. It plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet and has no drain to connect. We supply the equipment only.
