Three solid doors, 1510 litres and a stainless steel case: the Williams Pearl LP3SSHC is the freezer for a hotel, club or catering kitchen that stores frozen stock by the pallet. It is made in Australia, holds -18°C to -22°C in rooms up to 40°C, runs on R290 refrigerant and, like every Pearl cabinet, plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Four shelves per door and a CoolSmart controller keep stock organised and temperatures steady. The LP3SWHC is the same freezer in white Colorbond, the HP3SSHC is the stainless three-door fridge, and the LP2SSHC is the 1225mm two-door freezer with 950 litres.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 2040mm high on its castors, 1825mm wide, 720mm deep and 290 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and corridors, plan the route in and have enough people to move it safely. Lower castors (2005mm overall) are an option.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, drawing 5.2 A while running. Give it its own outlet rather than sharing a circuit with other heavy loads. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: a freezer sheds more heat than a fridge, so keep the top of the cabinet and the space around it clear.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard. A stainless rear and underside is an option.

Common questions:
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can build the Pearl range for remote application, supplied without a condensing unit, with this three-door freezer rated at 1550 W at -30°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
Can I get it with a lock or legs instead of castors?
Yes. Cylindrical locks, 150mm adjustable legs, lower castors, extra shelves and punched stainless steel shelves are options at the time of order. Ask us for details.
What does the "HC" in the model code mean?
HC stands for hydrocarbon. The freezer runs on R290, a natural refrigerant with very low global warming potential.
