The Williams Pearl LP2SSHC is a two solid door upright freezer in stainless steel, built in Australia for restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens that need 950 litres of frozen storage they can hose the floor around. It holds -18°C to -22°C in rooms up to 40°C, draws 4.0 A from a standard 10 amp outlet and uses 12.64 kWh a day on R290 refrigerant. Four shelves per door and a CoolSmart controller keep stock organised and temperatures steady. The LP2SWHC is the same freezer in white Colorbond, the LP2GSHC is the glass door display version, and the HP2SSHC is the stainless fridge twin.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2040mm high on castors, 1225mm wide, 720mm deep and 220 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway heights, the route in and that you have help to move it. Lower castors (2005mm overall) and 150mm legs are options.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 4.0 A while running. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: a freezer sheds more heat than a fridge, so keep the top of the cabinet and the space around it clear.

Will it cope with a hot kitchen?
Yes. Williams rates its solid door Pearl freezers for room temperatures up to 40°C. Keep the top-mounted condenser clear so it can breathe.
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can build the Pearl range for remote application, supplied without a condensing unit, with this freezer rated at 950 W at -30°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
What does the "HC" in the model code mean?
HC stands for hydrocarbon. The freezer runs on R290, a natural refrigerant with very low global warming potential.
