Gelato bars, dessert shops and food halls that sell frozen product from the cabinet will find the Williams Pearl LP2GSHC does the job in style: 950 litres of frozen display behind two heated triple-glazed glass doors, in a stainless steel case. It is made in Australia, holds -18°C to -22°C, lights the interior with cool white LED strips and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. Like every Pearl glass door freezer it is rated for rooms up to 38°C. The LP2GWHC is the same freezer in white Colorbond, the LP2SSHC is the solid door storage version, and the HP2GSHC is the stainless glass door fridge.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 2040mm high on its castors, 1225mm wide, 720mm deep and 220 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway heights, plan the route in and have help to move it. Lower castors (2005mm overall) are an option.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, drawing 6.3 A while running. Give it its own outlet rather than sharing a circuit with other heavy loads. No electrician needed.
- Room temperature: rated to 38°C. In a very hot kitchen choose the solid door LP2SSHC, which is rated to 40°C.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard. A stainless rear and underside is an option.

Common questions:
Will the glass fog up?
Williams fits heated triple-glazed glass as standard on its glass door freezers, which keeps condensation off the doors so customers can see what is inside.
Can I get it with a pass-through door?
No. Pass-through doors are an option on Pearl refrigerators only. Cylindrical locks, 150mm legs, lower castors, extra shelves and punched stainless steel shelves are available for this freezer. Ask us for details.
Can I use it at home?
Williams builds the Pearl range for commercial use and does not warrant its cabinets in domestic applications, so it is not suited to a home.
