Stainless steel inside and out, the Williams Pearl HP2GSHC is a two glass door display fridge for a deli counter, servery or open kitchen where the cabinet is part of the look. Williams builds it in Australia with two triple-glazed doors, cool white LED lighting and a CoolSmart controller holding +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C. It stores 950 litres on eight shelves, runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The HP2SSHC is the solid door version of this cabinet, the HPR2GSHC is the slim 1000mm stainless two-door, and the HP2GWHC gives you the same fridge in white Colorbond.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet stands 2040mm high on castors, 1225mm wide and 720mm deep, and weighs 220 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway heights, plan the route in and have help to move it.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the condenser is on top, so keep the top of the cabinet clear and leave room for warm air to escape.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard. A stainless rear and underside is an option if the cabinet will be seen from behind.

Common questions:
Can I add more shelves?
Yes. It comes with 8 plastic-coated shelves, and extra shelves with clips or an upgrade to punched stainless steel shelves are available. Ask us for a price.
Will the glass doors fog up in a humid room?
The standard doors are triple glazed. For humid sites Williams offers heated triple-glazed glass doors as an option on its Pearl fridges, which keeps condensation off the glass.
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can supply the Pearl range for remote application, without a condensing unit, with this glass door cabinet rated at 850 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
