For a large deli, food hall or commercial kitchen finished in stainless steel, the Williams Pearl HP3GSHC is the three glass door display fridge that fits the look and the volume. It is made in Australia with a stainless interior and exterior, three triple-glazed doors with LED lighting and a CoolSmart controller holding +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C. The 1825mm wide cabinet stores 1510 litres on twelve shelves, runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The HP3SSHC swaps the glass for solid doors, the HP2GSHC is the 1225mm stainless two-door with 950 litres, and the HP3GWHC is the same fridge in white Colorbond.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet stands 2040mm high on castors, 1825mm wide and 720mm deep, and weighs 290 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways and corridors, plan the route in and have enough people to move it safely.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point, drawing 3.3 A while running. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: the condenser is on top, so keep the top of the cabinet clear and leave room for warm air to escape.
- Finish: the rear and underside are not stainless steel as standard. A stainless rear and underside is an option if the cabinet will be seen from behind.

Can I add more shelves?
Yes. It comes with 12 plastic-coated shelves, and extra shelves with clips or an upgrade to punched stainless steel shelves are available. Ask us for a price.
Will it cope with a hot room?
Yes. Williams rates it for room temperatures up to 40°C, with the condenser mounted on top of the cabinet where it is easiest to keep clean.
Can I run it on a remote condensing unit?
Williams can supply the Pearl range for remote application, without a condensing unit, with this three glass door cabinet rated at 1120 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs the condensing unit and pipework, and the warranty becomes 12 months parts only. We supply the equipment only.
