Turbo Air KF25-1P-N - 1 Door Bun Pan Upright Freezer 640mm 574L

Built for bakeries, patisseries and cafes that work off trays, the Turbo Air KF25-1P-N is a single-door upright freezer fitted with bun pan racks for 14 bakery trays instead of standard shelves. Full trays of dough or pastries go straight in, with no restacking onto shelves. It holds -21°C to -12°C in a 640 mm wide stainless steel cabinet, uses R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. It shares its cabinet size with the KF25-1-N, which has wire shelves; for double the tray space, look at the two-door KF45-2P-N.

Key features:

  • Bun pan racks for 14 bakery trays (pans), included
  • 574 litres held at -21°C to -12°C, with fan cooling for even temperatures from the top tray to the bottom
  • Turbo Cooling & Freeze runs the compressor non-stop for up to two hours, handy for bringing the temperature back down after loading a fresh batch
  • Turbo Air's patented self-cleaning condenser, brushed automatically 2 to 3 times a day to stop dust building up
  • Digital temperature control and monitor system
  • Top-mounted refrigeration unit with R290 natural refrigerant
  • Stainless steel inside and out, with a recessed easy-grip handle and magnetic door gasket
  • Condensate system that Turbo Air says removes the need for an extra drain
  • On castors for moving and cleaning

Good to know before you buy:

  • Access: 640 mm wide, 860 mm deep and 1926 mm high on castors, 80 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so measure doorways and corners.
  • Power: standard 10 amp plug. Turbo Air lists 3.5 A for this model on 220–240 V single phase.
  • Airflow: keep the top of the cabinet clear so the top-mounted unit can get rid of its heat.

Common questions:

Does it come with trays?
The bun pan racks are included, set up for 14 pans. Bakery trays aren't listed in what's supplied. Ask us for the spec sheet so you can check your own trays will fit.

What does the P in the model code mean?
In Turbo Air's K-Series, the P models are the bun pan versions. The KF25-1P-N uses the same 640 mm, 574 litre cabinet as the KF25-1-N, but is set up for 14 bakery trays rather than wire shelves.

What power point does it need?
A standard 10 amp power point. Turbo Air lists 3.5 A for this model on 220–240 V single phase, so there's no hard-wiring or three-phase supply to arrange. We supply the equipment only.
