The Williams Pearl HP2SWHC is the two solid door storage fridge most restaurant and cafe kitchens are looking for: 950 litres, eight shelves, Australian made, and rated for a 40°C kitchen. It holds +1°C to +4°C behind insulated solid doors that keep the cold in through a busy service, runs on R290 refrigerant and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Choose the HP2GWHC if you need glass doors to show stock, the HPR2SWHC if you only have 1000mm of wall, or the HP2SSHC for the same fridge in stainless steel.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the cabinet is 2040mm high on its castors, 1225mm wide, 720mm deep and 220 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises, so check doorway heights and any tight corners, and have help to move it. Lower castors (2005mm overall) are an option.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 3.1 A while running. No electrician needed.
- Airflow: leave clear space above and around the top-mounted condenser so it can shed heat.
- Lighting: an internal light is standard on glass door Pearl models only. It can be added to this solid door model as an option.

Common questions:
Does it have an internal light?
Not as standard. Pearl cabinets have a light on glass door models only. A light for the solid doors is an option, so ask us if you want one fitted.
Can I get a pass-through version?
Yes. Pearl refrigerators can be built as pass-through cabinets with doors front and back, in solid or glass. A pass-through model is 50mm deeper than the standard cabinet. Ask us for details.
Can I use it at home?
Williams builds the Pearl range for commercial use and does not warrant its cabinets in domestic applications, so it is not the right choice for a home kitchen.
